Zen and the Art of Fitness-keep it simple
In fact, you can boil it down to two simple rules:
1. Get your body moving on a regular basis; and
2. Eat a moderate amount of real, whole foods (with occasional indulgences).I believe if you stuck to those two rules, and stuck with them for awhile, you’d get fit. Doing one but not the other will result in an improvement in health for many people (not all), but it would be an incomplete health. Do both most days of the week and you’re on your way to health and fitness.

You know, I feel a real relief when I read this installment of your weight loss blog. I do hope I am not being politically incorrect when I call weight loss advisers Hitler’s, but some times the strictures are so really fear-raising that one feels a loss of connection with life if one is obedient; and a huge sense of guilt and fear of rebuke if one is disobedient! This is the classic middle path, an almost acceptable way of life for a person looking to lose weight! Mobility need not be a heavy exercise schedule but exchanging the lift for the stairs and a broom for a vacuum cleaner… (Yeah the sort that the witches used…there are still those models about)
