Yet another restart
After struggling for months, I’m still determined to kick this emotional eating and get my health under control. It’s so easy to turn to food when under stress, and it seems to be a difficult addiction to break. Right now I’m having trouble just breaking the cycle for a few days, but I really need to learn to get this under control. It really is a matter of life and death, but the harm sometimes seems really distant and I’d rather eat now than take my health into consideration. I will prevail, though.

Matt, I feel for you. It is tough to know you should be doing something, but you are unable to stick with it. Believe me, I have been there. In fact, I was there for way too long. I firmly believe that nothing in life is more than a decision away. We just have to make that decision. So, for you it is time to turn your eyes toward the goal and don’t look back. The past is the past. Truly, you can do anything for a day, and that is all this takes. Worry about tomorrow when it gets here. You just gotta make the decision. You can do it!

Eating food is necessary for the survival of a human being. But everything has its own limit. If we’ve food more than what our body require it may cause negative impacts like large tummy, weight increase and all kinds of disorders relating from it. Becoming fat is one main output of intense eating. If the food that is been taken contains a large proportion of junk food than that may led to danger causing even harm for life. Most of them don’t consider their health as important rather they would eat blinding inviting more trouble for themselves. Once in this state it’s very hard to turn back.
