After the six-week program I dropped 20 pounds. It is amazing to watch the transformation from one week to the next.

I felt so good when I finished and I realized I still needed to lose more, so I kept up my routine on my own.

That was dot on the point! If there is something in this world that needs dedication, that is a weight loss schedule. There is a system required here, that is not to be varied or distracted by diverse expert opinions or the research of the moment. A weight loss schedule is actually a pact between the person who exercises and his body; his determination and his body to be exact. And the more in tune they are, the more the results. And sustaining the results matter almost as much as achieving a first target, well almost! What is the point if you lose one kilo and gain two of it?
