Weekly Check In 8/3/09
Finally back on track, lost 2.5 lbs last week in spite of falling off the wagon over the weekend. I fell down last week and scraped up my knee, plus bruised it a bit, so didn’t exercise much. I’m planning on getting back on the exercise train starting tomorrow.

Wow! It’s good news that you have lost 2.5 lbs last week. Bud I feel really sad as you have scraped up your, plus bruised it a bit knee as you fell off the wagon over the weekend and because of that you didn’t exercise much. Still you have successfully reduced your weight. Then just imagine how much weight you should have lost if you have exercised. I hope your knee will better soon and start exercising. I am sure that you can reduce a minimum of 5 pounds next week if you exercise well and control your diet. I will be waiting for your next post about the result of the coming weeks weight reduce challenge.
