Weekly Check In 8/10/09
Didn’t do all that well last week, but I lost .5 lbs in spite of that. My goal this week is to stay OP the entire week and exercise at least 5 times.

I am also a little bit overweight. I have 198 pounds with a height of 182 centimeter and I want to bring it back to 155-160 pounds which was my weight 2 years back. I have tried many times to start workouts to reduce weight but have stopped because of my laziness. I saw his weight progress graph and also read about his plan to stay OP the entire week and exercise at least 5 times this week from this post. I too have set goals like this in past but failed to fulfill it. That’s because I am a bit lazy guy. I don’t think you too are a lazy one like me. Anyway I hope you can get to your goal and I will be waiting to hear from you about it in your coming posts.
