Weekly Check In 8/10/09
Didn’t do all that well last week, but I lost .5 lbs in spite of that. My goal this week is to stay OP the entire week and exercise at least 5 times.

Weekly Check In 8/3/09
Finally back on track, lost 2.5 lbs last week in spite of falling off the wagon over the weekend. I fell down last week and scraped up my knee, plus bruised it a bit, so didn’t exercise much. I’m planning on getting back on the exercise train starting tomorrow.

Weekly Check In 6/15/09
Finally getting my head around and getting myself back on track again. Each week seems to be a different struggle, and I’m resorting to food for emotional support. Of course, it doesn’t really work but as I’ve mentioned before, my broken brain keeps coming back for more.

Weekly Check In-Week 15 back OP
It’s been a rocky couple weeks and my weight has been jumping up and down for about the last 7 weeks. I’m putting a stake in the ground and recommitting today to getting to a healthy weight.

Weekly Check In-Week 12 back OP
I actually gained 1.5 lbs this week due to struggling with emotional issues and attempting to deal with them using food. I was basically off Weight Watchers the entire week and only exercised 3 times. I am back on as of today and trying to refocus.

Weekly Check In-Week 10 back OP
Last week I lost 1.5 lbs, bringing my total since January of 2008 to 56.5 lbs, and my total since restarting WW in January of this year to 27.5. I exercised five days last week earning 27 APs and went over my daily points target one time.

Weekly Check In-Week 9 back OP
Last week I lost 3.5 lbs, after actually having a gain of 3 lbs last week, bringing my total since January of 2008 to 55 lbs, and my total since restarting WW in January of this year to 25. I exercised three days last week (due to having a cold), earning 15 APs and didn’t go over my daily points target..

Weekly Check In-Week 7 back OP
Last week I lost 5.5 lbs, bringing my total since January of 2008 to 54.5 lbs, and my total since restarting WW in January of this year to 24.5. I exercised six days last week, earning 38 APs and went over my daily points target once, although not much and only “borrowed” 5.5 points from my “Weekly Remaining” points.

Weekly Check In-Week 6 back OP
Last week I lost 2.5 lbs, bringing my total since January of 2008 to 49 lbs, and my total since restarting WW in January of this year to 19. I exercised every day, although I only did cardio on Saturday and only did yoga on Sunday. I did struggle emotionally a bit over the weekend, but I did not resort to eating to avoid my emotions.

Weekly Check In-Week 5 back OP
I actually forgot to post an update for last week. I lost 1 lb for week 4, and last weekI had another good week, although there were a few struggles. I borrowed DW’s car on Monday and fuel filter went out, causing me to lose almost 2 days of work.
I was down 3 lbs, bringing my weight to 240.5, down a total of 46.5 lbs since January, 2008. I exercised 6 out of 7 days, and did not go off my eating plan at all last week.

Weekly Check In-Week 1 back OP
Weigh in this morning gave a result of 3.5 lbs. lost. I managed to exercise every day last week, for a total of 38 APs. I ate outside of my meal plan twice. The first was on New Year’s Eve, which also happens to be my birthday. We went to my favorite Mexican restaurant for chili rellenos (which I had planned for), but I ate way too many tortilla chips. Later that night, at the in-law’s house, I filled my plate with veggies and turkey. That was fine, but then I succumbed to the temptation of the barbecue hot dogs and ate the equivalent of about 3 hot dogs in barbecue sauce. The second was on the 3rd of January, when DW and I went out to her favorite Mexican restaurant. I ordered the shrimp fajitas, which was in my plan, but instead of eating 2 of them as I had planned, I had three, plus a whole bunch of tortilla chips. Tortilla chips are apparently a trigger food for me, and I’m going to have to surrender them if I want to lose weight and keep it off.
Other than that, it’s been a really good week back on program. I feel much better physically, and empowered over my food choices.
